How it works
Messages are delivered as push notifications if the learner has granted permission.
They also appear in the in-app inbox regardless — so learners always see them when they open the app.
⚠️
This tool is to be used purely to assist learners with access to SCL systems and must not be used for any other purpose.
SCL staff are not permitted to access learner accounts, and this system keeps a full audit trail of every action.
▾Create Student Accounts in Entra
Upload a direct CSV export of the Student Conditional Offer Acceptance Report 26.27 from ProSolution — no editing needed, the default mappings already match its columns. This creates @sclstudent.co.uk accounts in Entra in batches of 10, each with a memorable initial password (force-change at first login), and adds them to the search tool below. Existing UPNs are skipped, not recreated. Use Mappings to control which CSV column fills which Entra attribute.
👤

Wipes the search-tool records only (to start fresh). Does not delete the accounts in Entra.
This tool only shows the initial password assigned at import, or a new password generated by a reset performed here. It cannot show a password the student has since set themselves — if a student has changed their own password and is now locked out, use Reset Password to issue a new one.
Student Licence Assignment
Choose which licence each site's device type gets on account creation. Assigned automatically via Graph after the account is made. Leave a device type unset to create without a licence.

CSV → Entra Field Mappings
For each CSV column, choose the Entra attribute it should populate (or "Not mapped"). This is saved and reused on every import. The SCL Email Address column is fixed — it always fills both the UPN and the Email field and can't be changed.

Send to every eligible SP-First Year learner matching the Scope + Status above — not just the ones shown. Returning learners, anyone already signed in, and anyone without a personal email or password on record are skipped automatically. Bulk send only applies to “Not yet emailed” or “Bounced / failed” — to re-send to someone already emailed, use the ✉ on their row.

SITE DETAILS
ℹ️ These details are managed in ProSolution and will update here automatically when synced.
Site Access
Reviewers only see enquiries, applications, events and student logins for the centres assigned to them here. A Reviewer with no sites assigned sees nothing. Admins, Users and Super Admins always see all sites and don't need assigning. Users appear here automatically after their first sign-in.

System Checks
Checks the external services SCL One depends on. Live checks actually contact the service and prove the credential works right now (e.g. an expired admin sign-in secret shows here before it breaks login). Config checks confirm the settings are present and well-formed, without a paid call.
Testing Mode
When enabled, a warning banner is shown to all learners every time they open the app. They must dismiss it before continuing.

Unique URL for each site — share with prospective learners
Every SCL centre has its own enquiry web link. Share it with prospective learners — on flyers, emails, social posts, or as a QR code — and anyone who opens it lands on the enquiry form for that centre. Submissions appear in the Enquiries tab and are emailed to your configured enquiry address.
COPY — copies the centre's link to your clipboard to paste anywhere. QR — opens a printable QR code for the centre; use Download PNG in that window to save the image for posters or handouts.
